We ask that you arrive at least five minutes prior to a scheduled appointment to allow preparation time.
	Please note that latecomers will incur the full service fee for shortened treatments.
We strongly suggest pre-booking your appointments at least two weeks in advance to ensure the time you prefer.
	We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge.
	If you provide less than 24 hours notice, the full service fee will be charged.
