We ask that you arrive at least five (5) minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow preparation time. Please note that latecomers will incur the full service fee for shortened treatments. If you arrive fifteen minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, you may have to reschedule if the technician is not able to fit you in.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, the full service fee will be charged. We suggest pre-booking your next appointments at least two weeks in advance to ensure the time you prefer.
If you are dissatisfied with any service performed at Bling you must let us know within 24 hours after completion of the service so that we can properly accommodate you. If you wait longer than 24 hours to notify us, we will do our best to accommodate you but you may incur a fee. All products must be returned within 7 days of purchase date for a refund or exchange.
All Sales Are Final.
While we welcome children in the salon, we ask that you DO NOT leave your children unattended in the salon. We care about your child's safety and they must be in your care the entire time they are in the salon.
Please refrain from the use of cell phones in the salon and spa areas. Please silence or turn off your mobile phones as a courtesy to other customers.
